About me
I have 15+ years experience in leading UX, product design, and user research, and 8+ in managing and leading teams.
I specialise in leading multi-disciplinary teams to generate and evaluate ideas, and turning those ideas in functional, usable and beautful products.
I have a MSc in Human-Computer Interaction and currently live in London, UK.
How I Work
I’ve learned that making anything requires effort across multiple levels: organisation, interface, user journey, team, tools, mentality, theory, and leadership - this is a strength of mine: what I call “lens switching”

I delve deep into understanding your user needs and behaviours and your organisation needs. I do this through user testing, interviews, workshops, competitor reviews and analytics analysis

Design Experience
Armed with insights, I iterate on mapping out user journeys and flows that stay highly usable while addressing user needs. I'll create AI-powered prototypes to quickly generate feedback from users and stakeholders.

UI Design
I create visually pleasing and highly user-centred designs that allow for scalability. I have worked with devs for many years and have a strong understanding of how to build in componentised ways that are easy to build, and rely on reusable design patterns.
